This website has been designed to tell you about the practice and the services that we offer. Please read it carefully. We trust that you will find it helpful and informative.
We are the Blue Practice at Crieff Medical Centre. We hold a General Medical Services (GMS) contract with NHS Tayside Health Board. Details of this contract are available from our practice manager.
Everyone at the Blue Practice is committed to delivering the highest quality medical care to our patients as quickly and conveniently as possible.
The NHS is again under considerable pressure due to COVID. There is a significant increase in cases locally and the Ninewells covid unit and intensive care is overflowing.
The health centre remains open. As in March we will do as much as we can via phone and video consultations to reduce the risk of contact. We would ask patients to utilise NHS Inform and pharamacies for advice if appropriate. If you are significantly unwell or have worrying symptoms we very much do want to hear from you.
On a positive note we vaccinated the first group of over 80 year olds on the 4th January and will continue to work our way through the groups as per government advice as more vaccinatons arrive in practice. We will contact you to invite you when it is your turn, please do not phone for vaccination appointments. It is going to take some of our capacity to deliver this and we ask you to be understanding.
